Singapore, October 2025 — The F&B world has been shifting, and like many, we’ve been learning to adapt and grow through change. This month, we’ll be closing our gelato fridge at Glasshouse CHIJMES — not as an ending, but as the start of something new arriving this November.

Our gelato has been part of many sweet moments at CHIJMES, and before we make space for what’s next, we’d love for you to enjoy it one last time. Over the Deepavali long weekend (18–20 October), we’ll be offering $3.50 scoops of our housemade gelato, served alongside our signature waffle special — a small thank you to everyone who’s shared this chapter with us.

Our last day of gelato will be 20 October, marking a meaningful close to one season and the beginning of another.

At Glasshouse, we’ve always believed that growth doesn’t just come from expanding — sometimes, it’s about refining, reshaping, and creating space for new ideas to take root.

Change can be uncertain, but it can also be sweet. And we can’t wait to show you what’s coming next this November.
