Front of House
Be the face of Glasshouse — welcome guests, take orders, serve with warmth, and keep the space inviting from open to close. A great fit for someone who thrives on energy, teamwork, and detail.
Store Manager
Lead the floor and uphold standards. You’ll manage daily operations, guide the team, and liaise with the kitchen. Ideal for someone experienced, responsible, and people-focused. Coffee interest a plus.
Barista
Craft excellent coffee with care and consistency. You’ll dial in daily, keep the bar running smoothly, and share your passion with guests. Great for someone who loves learning and takes pride in their work.
Head Barista
Guide the bar team and shape how we do coffee. You’ll ensure quality, mentor others, and get hands-on with our roasting team. Perfect for someone confident behind the bar and excited to grow in the craft.
Chef de Partie
Own your station. Prep, cook, and plate to SOPs while maintaining top hygiene and flow. We value cooks who care about both flavour and teamwork.
Brand Experience Executive
A full-time hybrid role for someone creative and hands-on.
Two days on marketing — photography, design, social media, and events. Three days on the floor as barista or front of house, staying close to the guest experience that shapes our brand.
Work with our Creative Marketing Manager to bring Glasshouse ideas to life — from signage and packaging to campaigns and storytelling.
Requirements:
- Experience in F&B preferred
- Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Eye for photography and detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Resourceful, proactive, and self-motivated
Creative Intern (Contract)
Support our creative team in photography, videography, and design.
You don’t need F&B experience — just initiative, curiosity, and Adobe know-how.
Requirements
- F&B experience preferred
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Passion for food, coffee, and hospitality
- Singaporeans or PRs only
